Dear Mr. Gani:

You may create constants by defining value references. Here are some
examples:

OctString ::= OCTET STRING
v0  OctString ::= "0"
v33 OctString ::= "33"

What is not clear to me is what LA or BC=0 are doing in your ASN.1
Whatever they are, they are not ASN.1.
