Exactly it is : INTEGER(1..32768,...)
ASN1 H245 is not different from ASN1 it's PER hat makes the difference also possible 
is BER,CER, but I am working with PER.

   I have never came across such notation like 1...32768. Is it the same
1..32768 ? Then it indicates the extension of the integer . Is ASN1 H245 is
different from ASN1 ?
