Hello all,
I'm looking for a tool that encodes an input stated in ASN.1's Value
Notation into a binary message according to a given ASN.1 module
definition. The transfer encodings needer are both PER and BER.
Does anybody know of such a tool? It is needed for evaluation and
benchmarking of a black-box decoder I have recently received.
