Hello

i have few intial doubts,

1>when we use the object identifier , we can't set the value for the 0th ( zeroth) subscriptor value.
how is this object identifier variable values interpreted in the xu_dump.
i have this doubt because when i set a value like 0x86 , in the xu_dump it prints as " 81 and 06 "
this is my doubt .

2>when we use BIT STRING ,
for eg: the numbits:15
then the data is "3 bytes"
in the data i have assigned 01 02 03
and when the bit string variable is interpreted in the xu_dump
it prints it as "07 01 02 03".
"Is this 07 represents the size each data member occupying"

please guide me.

Thanks
Nigar
