If there is any serious will to provide an ASN.1+ECN specification to
replace CSN.1 text, then there will be plenty of support available.

ECN has been applied to a number of protocols, but only to samples of
them so far, on a demonstration basis.  It would be nice to get a meaty
commission for ECN!
