The name of the ITU-T (previously CCITT) Recommendation is contained
in the OID (i.e., Q.773).
BTW we expect this module to be available next month in the module
database of the ITU-T ASN.1 Project at:
http://www.itu.int/itu-t/asn1/database/

FYI for ASN.1 modules that are already available in the ITU-T module
database (URL above), all the modules they import are listed and
hyperlinked on the README.html webpage which is associated to each
ITU-T Recommendation (as an example, go to the URL above, follow the
links down to a Recommendation number, and click on the "README.html"
link which is available in a comment at the top of the ASN.1 module
that is displayed).
