In the database of ASN.1 modules on the website of the ITU-T ASN.1
Project:

Please check the name of the module, for I can't locate it on the
website.
You might also want to use its OID and to the OID database at:
http://asn1.elibel.tm.fr (go down the registration tree to the leaf
corresponding to the ASN.1 module; you should find a hyperlink to the
ITU-T module database).

BTW the above URL points to ASN.1:1997 modules. I think tkat Snacc
handles only ASN.1:1990. I'd like to recommend you to migrate to
ASN.1;1997. Note that the so old ASN.1:1990 standard will be withdrawn
this summer.
