It is my pleasure to inform you that Asnp, our free parser for ASN.1,
now supports a new option called '-depend'.
Based on the IMPORTS statements, it builds a tree of all modules
contained in the files given as input.
The ASN.1 module database of the ITU-T ASN.1 Project
(http://www.itu.int/ITU-T/asn1/database) will be updated
accordingly to offer more information to the users.
An example of a dependence tree is already visible at the middle of:
http://www.itu.int/ITU-T/asn1/database/itu-t/q/q773/1997/README.html
To use this option, go to
http://asn1.elibel.tm.fr/en/tools/asnp/index.htm#pretty-printing
and check '-depend' at the end of the "pretty-printing" section
(the format of each line of the file can be modified by way of the
'-dependFormat' option).
