I am decoding a transfer syntax based on BER according to the specification
of the application that I am dealing with. During decoding I check a tag
"9F1C" and my code consider that as an error as it is specified based on my
understanding of 8825, X209 that the tag less than 30 has to encoded on 1
byte.
I would like to know if you have the same understanding than me. apparently
the application programmers who encode the PDU pretend that this is allowed,
I disagree. I will be pleased to know your point of view.
