I went to http://pda.etsi.org/pda/queryform.asp, I want to download some Standards
about GSM, but there are
so many stardards which have same serial number,such as "ETSI TS 129 002" or "GSM
09.02".
My question is what is the differents of these standards? Release 1999 or Release 4 ?
why the date of "ETSI TS 129 002 V4.3.0 (2001-03) version 4.3.0 Release 4 " is
older than " ETSI TS 129 002 V3.8.0 (2001-09) version 3.8.0 Release 1999) ",while
version number of the front is bigger?
Source of the Standards,some is SMG3,and some is 3GPPCN,what is the different?
And now, if I want to know Encoding of MAP,which version should I use?
