they have free support in ss7 by the way, the calling party is present in
initialdp in cs1 with tag 3 but it is optional:

dialledDigits [1] CalledPartyNumber OPTIONAL,
calledPartyNumber [2] CalledPartyNumber OPTIONAL,
callingPartyNumber [3] CallingPartyNumber OPTIONAL,
