I have a query regarding the
encoding of length determinant in the aligned mode. The stmt 10.9.3.1 in X.691,
mentions in point a) that - "a normally small length with a lower bound "lb"
equal to one; or". What is a normally small length of how is the length
determined to be a normally small length. Based on the stmt - 10.9.3.4 can
we infer that the upper bound should be less than 64. Thanking
