Is Backward Compatibility is Possible in ASN PER based UMTS
protocols like NBAP, RANAP, RNSAP, RRC (Unalligned PER).
An example scenario:
I took NBAP (4.A.0) (rel 4) and NBAP (3.14.0)(rel 99). How should
handle this scenario. I found some IEs are optional in Rel 4 and some are
Mandatory in rel 99.The vise-versa scenario is also applicable.
