AFAIK, AMD soal performance gak kalah sama P4, cuma masalah panas saja, AMD belum pake heat spreader masih langsung ke core. P4 lebih tahan panas, dan kalau kepanasan speed nya akan turun, ada pengaturan panas di P4, di AMD belum ada. jadi kalau pake AMD jaga selalu kebersihan CPU, tiap bulan dibersihkan debunya terutama di kipas processor. Sempron & duron itu versi murah nya athlon, sama seperti celeron vs P4, biasanya memory cache nya dikurangi, sedangkan corenya tetapsama
