Wah. susah. kalao mau nyaingin telkom. Mereka harus punya modal banyak. orang telkom tidak mengijinkan jaringan-nya ( jaringan cable telfon ) dipake pihak lain ( penyedia ISP lain ).
Saya sebelum langganan speedy sudah menghubungi ISP lain katanya didaerah saya sudah tidak boleh lagi ( dimonopoli pihak telkom ).
