Sangat Benar Sekali.... Saya juga mengalami hal demikian...kalo koneksi lokal sih fine fine saja...kalo keluar itu waduh gawat sekali waktu di check di beberapa bandwidth meter (kecuali yang di plasa) hasilnya jelek sekali, masih di bawah dialup. Kacau deh beberapa hari ini. Saya kirain cuma saya sendiri yang mengalami masalah ini...oh thank God I am not alone :)
