Ini pengalaman pribadi, aku pernah mengalami kasus yg sama "disc boot failure". Kalo HD dipindahkan ke PC lain, HD tsb terdeteksi. Setelah aku ganti Power Supply ternyata HD kembali ke-detect. Setelah di cek Power Supply yg lama pake Avo Meter, ternyata tegangannya gak mencukupi -5 V s/d 12 V.
