nggak kuliah hukum sih jadi nggak dapet Law 101. :) tapi yang jelas perda tidak boleh melanggar peraturan (UU) yang diatasnya.
perda soal pungutan (retribusi) saya rasa nggak boleh melanggar UU Pajak, UU Perdagangan, UU Persaingan Usaha, dan UU UU lainnya kalau perlu. > Seingatku waktu kuliah Pengantar Ilmu Hukum, PP, Perda, dan sejenisnya > berada dibawah UU ISInya HARUS PERSIFAT MENGIKAT komunitas subyeknya.
