Coba lihat messagenya, tergantung terkena autokillnya penyebabnya apa?, biasanya di status windowsnya ada pesannya, dan disitu biasanya ada URL-nya yg merujuk ke site DALnet untuk informasi selanjutnya. Banyak penyebab autokill ini, misalnya komputer yg dipake chat kena trojan gara2 masuk site tidak jelas.
