beberapa hari ini saya amati, kualitas koneksi speedy menurun, tidak seperti biasanya. Kalau biasanya, untuk download bisa dapat 80-100 KB/s untuk satu file, namun sudah 2-3 minggu hanya dapat sekitar 20-30 KB/s. kadang bahkan cuman 5 KB/s.
Lalu saya traceroute ke 3 website sebagai perbandingan. di website lokal, detik.com, tidak ada masalah. Masalah di website internasional, saya test di yahoo.com dan google.com. hasil traceroute nya saya lampirkan sebagai berikut. telpon ke 147? saya tidak menemukan solusi, seperti biasa, jawaban base on SOP. saya tanya ke beberapa rekan speedy bagian teknisi, memberikan jawaban, sepertinya ada masalah di server Jakarta. itu saya tanyakan 2 minggu lalu. dan hingga sekarang, kondisi masih tetap seperti itu. Apakah rekan-rekan juga mengalami hal yang sama? karena asumsi saya, melihat hasil traceroute, kemungkinan ini berlaku secara nasional karena masalah mulai saat di IP 125.160.1.165.
