Updating Apache::ASP

Hi people:

2 questions only.

I'm running on win98, apache 1.3.20, ActivePerl, 5.0.1, mod_perl 1.25.

1. How do i check my current version of Apache::ASP? (I believe it is 2.17,
but i want to make sure)
2. How would i go about upgrading to Apache::ASP 2.21? (if i am running 2.17
do i have to install 2.19, then 2.21?)
