If this is windows, I would recommend looking at: http://www.apache-asp.org/install.html#Win32%20%2F%20Wind0f0e8ac6 for the Perl & Apache & Apache::ASP distribution, and you can get a mysql distribution for win32 for free from the mysql.com site. For another platform, which? If its a unix platform, why not compile things yourself ?
