Yes, it does seem that ... I couldn't find where that
occurred, and unfortunately, have to stick with ppm 2.1.6 in
the Perl/Apache binary, as that's on CPAN, and ActivePerl's
ppm version 3 has restrictive licensing conditions regarding
redistribution.
