1st of all Thx a lot for ur reply, but how to add this into an asp
page? I apologize for not mentioning this in my earlier mail that I was
looking to show "Last Modified date" in an asp page. My mistake. Kindly can
u tell me how exactly I should write in an asp page to show its last
Modified date?

you can simply do this with SSI, just put <!--#echo
var="LAST_MODIFIED" -->,
where ever you wanna display the last modified date.
