They just need to link within a frame then. So on their site they have a page with
code like :-
<frameset rows="1" cols="1">
<frame src="http://www.yourdomain.com/page1.html">
</frameset>
And then instead of linking to your site, they link to that page on their site.

First of all, thanks very much for the reply. Let me explain a
little further as to what I need to do. We have companies that link
to our website. Well, this one company, when they link to our site,
does not want to see our web address in the url. They want to see
their web address. Is that where the ISAPI filter will come into
play. If so, would you mind explaining how I go about doing that?
