If you want to host your site, the version of IIS which comes with
Windows XP isn't the best choice as it's limited to 10 concurrent
connections. So unless your site is only for a couple of your friends,
you'd want to go to Windows 2000 server or Windows 2003 server as the
operating system.

I am using winxp sp2. I want to host my web site in my own server. I
have DSL Connection running 24 hours through router. What i needed to
configure webserver in my pc instead on other hosting company server.
IIS5.0 is installed in my PC. Please suggest me. if anybody have
document related to setup new webserver from scratch, please send me.
