You cannot work windows Xp home with Dream Weaver & ASP. My suggetion is 1. you 
have to change your OS to windows XP Professional edition.

2. Then You have to install IIS in your system. then only you can access the 
ASP pages.

(OR)

alternatevily, you may try this (before purchase windows Xp-Pro i did this way- 
but it quite complex to do)

1. use Dream weaver to create ASP or HTML files

2. write asp coding manualy to connect with your database server or generate 
reports.

3. Then upload the files directly to the web server.
