Hi,
Let me give you the backdrop of my requirement. I will be receiving data file
(.csv) from my client , i need to process the file and store (insert/update) in
my database. To achieve this, I have used Text File(Source) connection ,
setting the file name to a specific input file. After that, I am doing the
transformation to get the data from the input file to a temp table. There
after, I am applying the business rules and then proceeding with insert/update.
This is fine , as long as Input data File Name doesnt change or vary. But, the
file name will get change per feed. For eg., In the first feed, File Name would
be - InputDataFile1_20050805.csv and in the next feed it can be
InputDataFile1_20050806.csv.
So, How do I set the Text File (Source) connection's File Name property in
runtime. Any leads will be of great help..
Thanks in advance.
Sree.
