Thought I might be able to help. One of my websites uses aspformmail from http://www.pd9soft.com/ which you just customise in a few places to your own needs/settings. With a mailto: command in your page, if someone clicks on an email link, it'll open up a new email in their own email software (with address, subject, whatever, you have programmed for it to fill in). Not everyone has Outlook so this will allow people with other types of email software to use this feature.
