hello while pasting the data in exele. bfore it u just copy the data and pest it into Notepad and then open it in Exel then u will get the oppesion 1:delimeted file or fixed length file check for the delemeted file then they will aske for verious option select tabe delemeter. then click next and go all the process u will get it into exele format Regards Shivendra kaushik
