Ein paar Webseiten-Schnipsel:

-----------
What does DSP mean?
Delivery Service Partner is the name given to Microsoft's chosen OEM
distribution partners. Any products marked 'DSP' will have been sourced
directly from these companies and will be the very latest release.

How can I sell OEM software?
OEM software is in almost all cases the same as Retail just stripped of
all the goodies (these days that's just the box). Pricing is normally
50-70% cheaper but there are conditions. The publishers are happy to
offer these discounts provided that you tackle any support issues and
most importantly OEM software is pre-installed on new systems.
Publishers get extremely heavy with resellers that sell OEM software on
its own.
--------------
What does DSP stand for?
Delivery Service Partner. Typically these products cost a little more
than standard OEM.

What does OEM mean?
Original Equipment Manufacturer. These products are like products you
may have received when you bought a computer. This software typically
provides less support, less documentation and no pretty retail box.

.... Hmm, nicht sehr befriedigend... Frag mal direkt bei MS nach...
