The ServerXMLHTTPRequest object, which was introduced in MSXML 3.0,
provided reliable server-side HTTP access independent of WinInet. This
server-side HTTP stack functionality is now included with the new
WinHTTP 5.0 component, which is shipped and installed with MSXML 4.0.
ServerXMLHTTPRequest provides only the front end to this component.
