Eigentlich sollte document.xx.passwort.type="password" funktionieren, ABER:
Aus der Doku: As of Microsoft� Internet Explorer 5, the type property is read/write-once, but only when an input element is created with the createElement method and before it is added to the document. D.h. es wird nicht funktionieren... Eine m�gliche L�sung w�re es, zwei Felder zu haben und das password-feld erst beim onfocus sichtbar zu machen und das normale feld unsichtbar (�ber CSS)...
