Multiple @s might be nice for finite levels of meta-annotations, but perhaps you could reuse the + operator since it's kind of inheritance-y. How about:
@Foo @(@Foo *) same as @@Foo? @(@(@Foo *)) same as @@@Foo? ... @+Foo same as @(@(@(...(@Foo *))))? WDYT?
