Thanks Alexander for the instructions.  I had initially given that a go,
but ran into issues getting it to build (trying to do it all just from the
command line).  Didn't want to spend a ton of time wrestling with that if I
didn't need to.  As we've switched to maven for our builds, my local
version of Ant is pretty ancient.  It could be that itself was the issue (I
did not try an updated version).
