Good catch !!  I had a dig around thinking they were something that crept in 
recently but it turns out they have been there a year or so (since last jdt 
upgrade). Usually tests pick those things up because we have tests that look 
for particular output and trip over extraneous output but it looks like we have 
none of those kinds of test for this area (the println relates to code executed 
when we need to create something to adjust the visibility of a member so it can 
be seen from another piece of code that ordinarily couldn’t see it).

I’ve taken them out of 1.8 release branch and 1.9.
