When using aspell windows Send-To feature, all files I check get "touched" even if aspell ends up not changing any word.
This is a nuisance, because my version control CVS now thinks I have to check-in the file again and labels it as "not up to date". Similarly when checking emacs buffers, the buffer ends up modified. I even find in the end as the last line a #LocalWords: ... I guess this may be a result of ispell.el?
