[Aspell-user] =?iso-8859-1?q?German_Umlaut_issue=2C_how_to_accept__=22a_as_=E4=3F?=

Hi, I'm using the German tex package and there you can write german 
Umlaute as quotes + char ("a, "u,"o,"A,"U,"O). When i'm using aspell
the dictionary do not  recognize these to be Umlaute and shows an error.

How can I fix this?
