I think you are using an old dictionary. Using the latest dictionary Aspell only flags the following as misspelled:
daren't there'll that'll what'll when's
I wasn't able to test these against the Aspell Spell Helper, (http://aspell.net/suggest/) as I get an error message whenever I try.
