Hi i download the source of aspell-ta from here svn co svn:// svn.debian.org/debian-in/aspell-ta/trunk It has ta.cwl file, i add some words in that file, how to convert it as ta.rws file to check in my system. I'm using ubuntu 9.04 and testing in fedora 11 also.
