[aspell] Re: Word-to-phoneme translation

After doing some digging around I found a public domain spelling to
phoneme conversion program.  I have included a copy of it because it is
so small.

The only thing is that I am going to need to convert the two letter
sounds to
a single letter to compare them fairly.

Anyway let me know what you think.
