I am thinking over the design of Aspell a lot!  In fact I spend to much
time thinking and not enough time coding.  I will try very hard not to
make those type of choices.  And when I do make those choices such as
sticking with 8-bit charters for now, I will document my reasons well
and will also have an idea of what needs to be done when the time comes
to expand (in this case moving to wider characters.).
