To quote an MSDN blog post on the topic:
The Process class has a LinkDemand and an InheritenceDemand for FullTrust on
it. This means that if your assembly is not fully trusted, it will be unable
to kick off new Processes or get information about running processes.
The solution... increase the trust the application runs with.
You'll also run into problems with the System Idle process. If you are not a
member of the admin group, you cannot examine any of the properties of that
process except its name.
