Sounds you have a caching issue with your browser.

Does the page work properly when accessed via another browser (ie Firefox
instead of IE, or  vice versa) that you have not tested with previously.

If so, clear out your browser cache. If it happens again you might want to
add some code to the page that instructs the browser not to cache the page
and/or control.

If you can't get in from a browser you haven't tested on previously, you
have an error in your application and you'll want to investigate the code
that displays the page.
