hi anshu,

    Why dont u use dummy table i mean after entering from n to dates in the textboxes 
u will have to click on VIEW REPORT button , so on that button click enter all the 
data in a dummy table including from n to dates.
After that juss create a command n drag n drop all the fieds accordingly.
This is one solution..

Another solution is you can take 2 textboxes on the .aspx page of report and adjust 
them according to report header.
