Postback comes into play any time the web form is submitted. For instance I
have a form that posts to itself.
When it posts the first time I perform some actions. When the postback is
true perform other actions.
If Not Page.IsPostBack Then 'Subsequent Page Loads
Do Something
Don't Bind Data
Else 'This is the first page load
Do Another thing
BindData()
End If
Does this make sense? It's a way of controlling what happens in the code
based on a condition of the page.
