Are you using a DataSet or DataTable to bind to datagrid?? Or
datareader??
If you are using a DataSet or DataTable then you can do the following:
intTotal = dataTable.Compute("SUM(columnName)", null);
would get the total of that column into that variable. Then you can
display the value wherever you want to.
