U can you open the ASP in .NET by changing the extension from ASP to ASPX. Using
server side scritping in the html file including with in <% %>. Using the ASPCOMPAT
compatablility to use theCOM.

I want to know doing all the above stuff and making minimal changes which is required
to run the application in .NET . Can all the advanced features of .NET will be used in
ASP.

Thanks

ASP code to run in aspx files by setting AspCompat = "true" in the page
directive.

asp classic and have jsut started to get into asp.net. We
have a client that wants a site like
http://travel.priceline.com/default.asp?rdr=2

It is basically Priceline.com. I have done database stuff with classic
asp
and very little with asp.net. I am wondering is there a site or
article(s}
that you might recommend that would help me on the path to creating such
a
site? I haven't done ecommerce before and im not sure what to do first.
This
priceline .com type of site has the added complication of searching for
rates etc.... Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thanks
