This is a bad question.  Technically you could edit using any of the choices. My guess 
it they wanted you to know that FrontPage is very BAD for working with .NET code, but 
it will still work as a basic editor if you need it to.

www.aspexpress.com has evolved from classic ASP to also suport ASP.NET.

SharpDevelop is an open source editor, becoming a nice free RAD.
