There is nothing in the error logs unfortuantely. It's not even getting to the code behind. Its not clicking thru...
here's the onclick call on the client onclick="if (typeof(Page_ClientValidate) == 'function') Page_ClientValidate();" But nowhere in the rendered source on page or in the WebUIValidation.js is there a function called Page_ClientValidate().
